Delete role?

People holding it keep their other roles. The deletion is logged in the process change log.

A person can hold several roles (e.g. BrSE + BA). Effective permission = the highest level across their roles. System roles (DM, CEO, BA, Tech lead, Developer, Tester, DevOps, HR, Customer, AI agent) cannot be deleted or renamed, and DM/CEO keep a permission floor (roles · gates · milestones) so nobody can lock the company out; custom roles can be changed freely. Every change to a role is logged in the process change log.

Access by screen

Tick the screens a role may open. One permission only: no tick means the role cannot reach that screen at all.
Role group

A child screen is listed under the app it belongs to. Granting the app does not grant its children — tick each screen you mean.

Users & agents

Everyone who can sign in, their roles (several per person), hours per sprint, and status. AI agents are users with the "AI agent" role and no waiver right.
